We stock IQF Mixed Portions 2kg, although fresh chicken is by far our best seller. Daybreak IQF products contain 85% chicken and 15% brine. Prior to legislation prohibiting excessive brine injection, some other products contained as much as 30% brine with only 70% chicken. This meant you lost a lot of volume and weight when cooking.
We prefer to only sell quality products to our customers and therefore we stock Daybreak for IQF products.
